Our in-home Skilled nursing services are curated to meet your individual needs. We implore customized modalities that meet patients’ specific needs since different people have different needs. We are available 7 days a week, from 2 hours to 24 hours fully on-site care.

Medication Management
Medication management plays an important role in patient’s treatment. Sometimes, a patient suffers different illnesses simultaneously, which also increases the number of medications along with the number of doctors administering the treatment. The danger with this is that patients get confused while taking their medications and mix things up. This further leads to more harmful and complicated health issues. Our job at First TLC is to ensure that all medications are properly managed by our skilled Nurses. We’ll make sure our clients take the right dosage at the right place and at the right time.
Helpful Companionship
One of the common experiences that come with old age is loneliness. Research shows that prolonged loneliness among seniors often leads to depression, anxiety, and other health issues. Seniors are yearning for companionship and are seeking activities that could keep them less lonely. First TLC’s trusted team of professional has all hands-on deck to ensure our patients feel less lonely or rejected.
