The job of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) is to assist patients by providing help with daily activities and healthcare needs while being supervised directly by a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN). Some of the roles and responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) are:

  • Documentation of information obtained.
  • Gathering supplies for RN or MD.
  • Stocking supplies.
  • Preparing rooms for admissions.
  • Monitor Vital Signs
